Meet your Osteo
I became an Osteopath because I always put others’ needs before my own, which makes me naturally inclined to help people. I am passionate about assisting my patients in relieving painful and often debilitating conditions.
I like to combine a structural approach with patient education to achieve a return to full function. I believe education is key to making my patients advance in their rehabilitation. Through personal and professional experience, I am constantly striving to better my own and my patients’ education on their health, performance and recovery.
My specific area of interest lies in sports and surf injury management. A passion for water sports drove me to pursue treating sports health at an elite level. It has given me a unique insight into injury management and causation, leading to finding solutions for prevention.
I believe these same principles can be applied to anyone whose goal is a return to a full functioning, pain free life.

Crescent Head is a quaint surfing town located in the Macleay Valley, where we still maintain the village life and values. The town is nestled into the side of a mountain overlooking the glorious mid-north coast Pacific Ocean.
